Privacy Policy

Still is made by Santos & Halp Inc. ("we", "us"). This policy explains what the Still app for iPhone and iPad does with information. The short version: Still does not collect, store, sell, share, or transmit any personal information.
What stays on your device
Your saved mixes, current mix, volume levels, timer choices, chosen narration voice, and settings are stored only on your device. Deleting the app deletes all of it. Nothing is backed up to our servers because we have none.
What leaves your device
Nothing is sent to us. Still has no accounts, no sign-in, no analytics, no crash-reporting SDKs, no advertising, and no third-party tracking. All sound and all narration are generated on your device. The app does not use the advertising identifier and does not track you across apps or websites.
Purchases
Still Plus (subscription or lifetime purchase) is processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never receive your name, Apple Account, payment card, billing address, or purchase history. The app checks your entitlement locally through Apple's StoreKit framework. Apple's handling of purchase data is described in Apple's privacy policy.
Children
Still is not directed at children under 13, and because it collects no personal information from anyone, it collects none from children. We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) by design. Purchases are subject to Apple's parental controls, including Ask to Buy.
Your rights under U.S. state privacy laws
Residents of California (CCPA/CPRA), Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana, Delaware, Iowa, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Tennessee, Minnesota, Maryland, Kentucky, Indiana, Rhode Island and other states have rights to access, correct, delete, and port personal data, and to opt out of its sale, sharing, or use for targeted advertising or profiling. Because we do not collect personal information, there is nothing to access, correct, delete, sell, or share, and we do not engage in targeted advertising or profiling. We do not sell or share personal information and have not done so in the preceding 12 months. We do not discriminate against anyone for exercising privacy rights. If you believe we hold information about you, email us and we will respond within the time required by your state's law (45 days in most states).
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
Because the app never transmits data, browser or device "Do Not Track" and Global Privacy Control signals have nothing to act on. We honor them by default.
This website
This site is hosted on GitHub Pages, which may log standard server information such as IP address as part of serving the page. That logging is governed by GitHub's privacy statement. We do not add cookies, analytics, or tracking to this site.
Security
Since no personal data is collected or transmitted, there is no personal data of yours for us to secure or to lose. Your on-device data is protected by your device's own passcode and encryption.
Changes
If this policy changes, the effective date above will change and the new version will be posted here. Material changes that would involve collecting data would also be reflected in the app's App Store privacy label before they take effect.
