The service

MotiveU provides practice questions, diagnostic case studies and study tools for automotive technicians. It is a study aid. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by the National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE), and it does not guarantee that you will pass any exam.

Not repair instructions

Diagnostic cases are training scenarios. Always follow the manufacturer's service information and safe shop practices when working on a vehicle.

Your account

Keep your login private and give accurate information. Don't misuse the service, copy its content in bulk, or interfere with other users.

Subscriptions

MotiveU Pro is sold as an auto-renewing subscription through the App Store or Google Play. Payment is charged to your store account. A subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; manage or cancel it in your store account settings. Free trials, where offered, convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before they end. Refunds follow Apple's or Google's policies.

Content

The questions, cases and other content belong to MotiveU. You may use them for your own study.

Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, MotiveU is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from its use.
