Delete your account

In the app: open the Profile screen (the round avatar at the top of Today), scroll to the bottom, tap Delete Account and type DELETE to confirm.

Without the app: email partners@motiveu.com from the address you signed up with and ask us to delete your account. We'll confirm within 7 days.

What is deleted

Your login and profile (name, email, role, shop link), test history and scores, mastery, diagnostic case attempts, write-ups, XP, achievements, challenges, purchase records and notification token.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Apple and Google keep their own records of your purchases.
