CDL Ready

Go to Progress → Unlock everything and tap Restore purchases at the bottom. Make sure you are signed in to the same Apple ID that bought it. Remove Ads, Lifetime and both Pass Pro subscriptions restore this way.

The 30-Day Pass is a one-time pass rather than a subscription, and Apple does not include one-time passes in Restore. If you reinstalled during your 30 days, email us your App Store receipt (Settings → your name → Media & Purchases → Purchase History) and we will sort it out.

Subscriptions are managed by Apple: iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → CDL Ready → Cancel. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Refunds are also handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

The free version includes 3 tutor questions a day; Pass Pro and Lifetime include 40. The count resets at midnight UTC. If the tutor is unavailable, the app shows the written explanation instead and does not count it against you.

Check iPhone Settings → Notifications → CDL Ready is allowed, and that Focus mode isn't silencing it. In the app, Progress → Daily reminder shows the next scheduled time. Reminders stop on their own after five ignored in a row; open the app once and they resume.

The score is based on your own answers, so until you've seen enough of a section it refuses to pretend. Keep practicing that section and the confidence rises with it.

No. CDL Ready is a study tool based on the FMCSA CDL manual. It is not affiliated with any state licensing agency. The real exam questions differ in wording; the concepts are the same.
