Privacy policy

Effective 20 September 2026

Bailout Squadron is made by Santos & Halp Inc. You can play without an account. If you choose to use cloud progress, we collect your email address and the gameplay or wallet data you choose to back up to provide sign-in, backup and recovery.

Local game data

The game saves progress and settings on your device. The Sync progress button transfers mission records. In versions offering Wallet & equipment backup, a separate, optional backup also transfers coins, gems, owned aircraft and pilots, paint schemes, weapons, upgrades, bombs and wingmen. Fuel, device preferences and premium-pass entitlement status are not transferred by that backup. Deleting the app can remove local data. Apple may separately restore eligible purchases through Restore Purchases.

Optional cloud progress

In Settings › Cloud progress, you can sign in using an email code. Supabase processes your email address, account identifier and authentication/session information. When you tap Sync progress, we store and combine mission stars, pilot mastery, endless and daily best scores, daily sortie reward-claim records, rival victory counts, total kills and sortie counts. These records are linked to your account. Syncing is manual; signing in alone does not back up your game.

If you choose Back up wallet & equipment, Supabase also stores your balances, inventory and ownership, upgrade levels, purchase transaction identifiers, reward-claim history and backup revision/request identifiers, linked to your account. Restore wallet & equipment replaces local balances and inventory rather than combining them; a local pre-restore recovery copy is kept on the device. Backups are manual, and conflicting device saves are not combined. The app stores the account identifier with the local wallet to prevent uploading it into another account.

We use this information for account authentication, progress and inventory backup and recovery, and service security. We do not sell cloud account data or use it for advertising or marketing. We do not send your cloud email address or account identifier to the game's advertising SDK.

Cloud and email providers

Supabase hosts the game's cloud account and progress database in the United States (US East). Resend sends sign-in emails from Bailout Squadron at bailout@notify.santosandhalp.com. Resend processes your email address, sign-in message and delivery status. These providers may process technical request information, including IP addresses, timestamps and error/security logs, to operate and protect their services. Their handling of information is described in the Supabase privacy policy and Resend privacy policy.

Retention and account deletion

We retain your cloud account and backup until you delete the account. Use Settings › Cloud progress › Delete cloud account to delete the account and its active backup. This does not erase the local game on your device or cancel App Store purchases. Signing out or deleting the app does not delete your cloud account. Provider delivery/security logs and backups may remain for their applicable retention periods. If you cannot access your account, contact santosfjseo@gmail.com for help with deletion or access requests.

Rewarded video ads

The game offers optional rewarded videos, supplied by Google AdMob. Nothing in the game is locked behind an ad and every mission can be finished without watching one.

When you choose to watch one, or when the game loads one in advance, Google receives the information it needs to serve and measure that ad: your device's advertising identifier, device model and operating system version, coarse location derived from your IP address, and the fact that an ad was requested, shown or completed. We request non-personalised ads only, so Google does not use this information to build an advertising profile of you or to target ads based on your interests. Google's own handling of this data is described in Google's privacy and terms for business. Google also uses it to cap how often you see the same ad and to detect invalid traffic.

The app does not display the App Tracking Transparency prompt and does not track you across other companies' apps or websites.

Analytics

The app does not send separate gameplay analytics events to us. Progress you explicitly sync is used for backup and recovery, not advertising analytics. Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics are not enabled in this release.

Crash reports

If you have turned on Share with App Developers in iOS Settings › Privacy & Security › Analytics & Improvements, Apple may send us anonymised crash and performance reports. This is Apple's system-wide setting and you can turn it off at any time. The in-game Diagnostics screen (Settings › Diagnostics) stores its notes on your device and sends nothing anywhere unless you copy the text and send it to us yourself.

Purchases

In-app purchases are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never see your name, Apple Account, card or billing details — purchase product and transaction information needed to deliver what you bought. If you enable the optional wallet backup, delivered transaction identifiers and owned items are included to prevent delivering the same purchase again after recovery. No card or billing information is included in that backup. Apple's handling of purchase data is described in Apple's privacy policy.

Game Center

If you are signed in to Game Center, your scores and achievements are handled by Apple under Apple's privacy policy. Turning Game Center off in iOS Settings stops this; the game still works.

Your choices

You can reset or limit the advertising identifier at any time in iOS Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking and › Apple Advertising. You can play without a cloud account. To stop future cloud uploads, sign out; to remove the cloud account and active backup, use Delete cloud account before uninstalling. Deleting the app removes local app data but does not delete a cloud account.

Children

Bailout Squadron is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and remove it. Ads are non-personalised for everyone. Purchases are subject to Apple's parental controls, such as Ask to Buy.
